Randy Stringer, Vice President - Randy possesses 15+ years in the construction industry and oversees all matters related to Estimating, Construction Management, Owner Contracts/Negotiations, Subcontract
Negotiations, Project Management and more. Years of Field/Estimating experience combined with a
unique ability to research and find alternative cost solutions, Randy has often enabled many of our
owners to realize significant cost savings in the pre-planning AND final production stages of construction.
Kevin Cope, Treasurer/CFO - With over 15+ years experience in the Financial/Accounting/HR side of
construction management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Kevin oversees all the
Administrative, Financial, Accounting, Human Resource, Information Systems, Bonding and Insurance
needs of the Company. Kevin brings with him a genuine passion for ‘DETAIL’ and places the utmost
emphasis on SOUND BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Dave Bradley, President - Dave, Founder of Sunline Engineering Contractors, is responsible for all facets
of Business Development and for overseeing all Field Operations. Dave is Highly regarded as one of the leading underground experts in the state and has been in this industry (Utilities/Site Development) in
Florida since 1971. Dave’s greatest attributes however lie in his ability to generate a team atmosphere
where everybody works together. He may be in charge, but success is always a group effort.
Paul Knight, Secretary/Managing Member - Paul Knight has over 20 years of Civil Construction and Design experience in Florida. Paul’s extensive knowledge of design and construction standards enables him to coordinate with Engineers and Owners prior to and during construction to achieve the best possible project.
He is responsible for project permitting, day to day project activities, project management, client relations and marketing. Paul’s dedication and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to any project.
